I look at your whole body to see how your parts are working together–or how they’re not–and use that information to set you on a path to full-body coordination and stability. I work gently with frequent therapeutic pauses so that all the systems of your body can benefit from our work together–not just the musculoskeletal system but also your nervous, sensory and lymphatic systems. It is typical to do this work over a series of sessions that include Bowenwork, movement education and occasionally massage.

Start with a couple sessions and see where it goes from there. You never know the improvement and change that might be possible until you begin.



Your First Session

Initial In-Office Session……75-90 minutes, $140

The Initial In-Office Session allows for extra time for Patricia to get to know you and your needs AND provide a full bodywork session.

Returning clients

In-Office Session……45-60 minutes, $96

We will continue our work from the previous session. Each session is individualized to the needs of your body that day and any goals we developed at previous sessions.

In-Office Session with an added 30-minutes of Movement Coaching……90 minutes, $144

Extend the impact of your In-Office session by adding 30 minutes of movement education to your regular return session. SCHEDULING: Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting Patricia Hopper directly by phone, email or text message. Use the method that works best for you.

PAYMENT: Payment is due at time of service. Be Fluid Bodywork does not bill insurance, but will gladly provide receipts so you can request reimbursement. Payment accepted: all major credit/debit cards, check, cash (exact change).

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours notice. A late cancellation/no-show fee of $80 will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Exceptions can be made for medical or family emergencies and COVID-related circumstances such as recent known or suspected close-contact COVID exposure, onset of COVID-like symptoms (cough, sore throat, muscle aches, fever, etc.) or a confirmed case of COVID where quarantine is required. If you need an exception to the cancellation policy, please contact me as soon as you suspect you may need to cancel.
